ETT management has a long successful track record in the energy industry with focus on oil and gas, EPC contracting, energy finance, and new energy technologies.

Mark Sisouw de Zilwa co-founded ETT in 2022, and has over 35 years of experience in the energy industry. Mark holds a Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Before joining ING, Mark worked 15 years in the oil & gas industry. He held positions as Petroleum Engineer and Contract Engineer with Shell Petroleum Company in Oman and as Sales Manager and Project Management with Jacobs/Stork Engineers & Contractors. Mark has worked at ING Bank for over 20 years to date. He is Managing Director of ING and is currently heading the Wholesale Banking Structured Finance Energy Technical Team which supports ING’s energy financing globally. Over the years Mark has been involved as commercial Deal Principal in many structured financings in Africa, the Middle East,  Latin America and Europe. Recently, Mark has led ING’s Energy Transition Scenario Planning (2017-2019) which is an important risk management tool within ING. Together with a small team he initiated the New Energy Technology Initiative  in 2019 and participates in the steering committee. His team is currently actively supporting the project financing initiatives on new technologies projects in the fields of CCUS and Hydrogen. For military service Mark was officer with the Netherlands Navy.
Reza Malekzadeh co-founded ETT in 2022, and has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. He holds a MSc and a PhD degree in Applied Earth Sciences from Delft University of Technology. After graduation in 2005, he started to work in an oil field to gain operational experience. He spent a year at Shell Technology Centre in Amsterdam where he designed and conducted experiments in multiphase flow pipelines. He worked at SGS subsurface consultancy from 2012 until 2019 and was involved in a number of multi-disciplinary integrated oil-and-gas field development, reserve assessment, and geothermal projects globally including many in Europe, Africa, South-East Asia, and the Middle East. Reza has profound experience in multiphase flow programming and in the modeling of reservoir specific issues such as souring. He is author of several publications and brings experience of lecturing in academia and industry environments. Reza joined ING Wholesale Banking’s Structured Finance Energy team in 2019, and supports ING’s energy financing globally.
